How does the
Reward Points Program work?
This is a special
program that we offer to thank you for being our customer. E
ach
time that you shop with us, you earn free Reward Points based on the value of
the items purchased. You can also earn points by referring your friends. You
will then earn points based on your purchases and on the value of the
purchase of your friend's first visit to our site.
These point will accumulate for you and can be used against future purchases. You
are able to view your points when you log on to your account.
You receive 1 point for each dollar spent. If your
purchase equals $79.95, you would earn 80 points. This would be $8.00 that you

Who is
the designer?
All
of the pieces on our website are designed by Mimi, who has been known, since
1982, in the giftware industry for her extensive line of hand painted metal
décor, hand cut from recycled steel 55 gallon drums (Old World Creations). More
recently, she introduced a very successful line of ornate stained glass jewelry
boxes and suncatchers. These items have been sold in fine gift stores
throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. In the future, we plan
to present other artists and their unique work to you as well.
How
are the painted metal pieces made?
Each
piece has been hand cut from a heavy recycled 55 gallon steel drum. The design
is drawn onto the flattened drum and skillfully hand cut using hammer and
chisel. It is then sealed with a rust preventative paint before the decorative
hand painting is done. A final coat of polyurethane varnish is then applied.
Previous owners of these fine decorative pieces have not found any problems
when they are displayed outside on a covered patio or porch.
How
are the stained glass pieces made?
The
finest quality of American made stained glass is used in the creating of the
sun catchers and jewelry boxes. Each individual piece of glass within the design
is carefully hand-cut and smoothed to assure it fitting perfectly into place.
The Tiffany copper foil technique is used in soldering all of these multiple
glass pieces together. All pieces are finished with extremely attractive
decorative hand soldering work. The piece is then polished to perfection.
How do I care for my stained glass pieces?
The pieces can be washed in ordinary dish detergent or a glass cleaner.
On occasion you can polish the glass and the silver soldering work with a coat
of most any brand of auto polish. Just apply a light coat over the entire piece
and polish it with a dry soft cloth. This will brighten the piece and remove any
fingerprints. Then sit back and enjoy!

What are the company shipping & return policies?
All GiftSellers products are shipped from Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida. Because our items are
hand crafted, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for shipping, as sometimes we do
not have your pieces in stock.
Please inspect
the contents of each package as soon as it arrives to confirm no damage has
occurred.
In the event you
determine that the product is:
1. Not what you ordered
2. You do not want the product
3. You find damaged products
Please follow
these steps.
Email The
GiftSellers at
sales@TheGiftSellers.com to report the problem. This must be done within 48 hours of receipt
of order.
Save all original
packaging materials and boxes and repack for return. We will contact you to tell
you how to proceed.
We ask that you
consider your order placement carefully to help minimize incorrect orders.
Returned product will bear the returned shipping and $5.00 or 15% handling costs
( whichever is greater) unless we have shipped in error the wrong item or there is damage. We will send
replacements.
I n the event
that we are out of stock on the item(s) that you have ordered, your order will
be shipped within 1 - 3 weeks of receipt of the order, sometimes sooner.
Returns & Exchanges
We try to be as descriptive about the
items that we am selling as possible. But in the event that you purchase
something and then decide not to keep it, please email us about it at
Sales@TheGiftSellers.com .
While we will refund the cost of the item, we
cannot refund the shipping. You will need to mail the item back to us for refund
of the purchase price less shipping and a $5.00 or 15% restocking fee, whichever
is greater. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of date of
invoice.
Payment Information
We accept
Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as forms of credit card
payment. We will process your payment at the time of shipment. In addition,
payment can be made to PayPal where we also maintain an account for your
convenience. (PayPal payments are charged at the time of ordering, as this is
the way their system is set up.)
